I've had this for years, apparently it's common but any help?

For about three years now, i have been having recurring night mares about my teeth falling out, changing etc. but i havent had 1 for about 2 months. However like 5 times a week now i have a recurring nightmare that my girlfriend is cheating, dumping me or falling in love with someone else. The people vary, and the dreams aren't exactly the same, but same ending. I dont consider my self a jealous guy, i love my girlfriend and i'm very easy going. I didn't expect this particular dream to be this effective on me. It's starting change me and i lately been abit needy and feeding to alot of small things (which is why i'm seeking help). The dreams seem to be getting worse and actually quite upsetting, i havent cried for years but i wake up with tears all down my face like every time. It's almost year in couple of weeks and i don't know why this is happening to me, can anyone help me interpret what the fuck is up with my dreams?

Hey, it seems to me like U were worried about relationship and that's why those dreams came. Now U are worried about those dreams, so they are more powerful. You can try suggesting yourself that U gonna dream something nice or do RC (reality check) when U are near Ur girlfriend, and turn that dream to LD experience. hope that'll help
