"Does the Big Bang enter into this somehow?" I asked.
"Your scientists say that this microcosmic universe we see about us, including the creation of the first atoms, all happened within one second of time within the Big Bang. They are correct in the fact that the creation of the micro universes you are about to visit happened in a very short period of time measured by regular human consciousness. What they do not realize, is in that first instant, many eons passed in the consciousness of the lives who existed there and guided form in its creation."
"You know, I've always wondered if there were not tiny worlds within the atom occupied by tiny people, perhaps living many lifetimes in the snap of a finger. Is there anything to this?"
"Wherever there is form, there is life within the form," he said, "but it has not yet been revealed how life manifests within the lower worlds. You are right and wrong about the idea of an eternity passing within the atom within the snap of a finger. The planet earth rotates within 24 hours of time, but an atom rotates billions of times in a second. For the consciousness of the atom, a billionth of a second seems longer than a whole day. However, where you and others error is this: In the present, time is no longer consciously registered by the atom or the lives within it. In that first instant of creation time was consciously registered and the tiny lives spent what was an eternity to them achieving perfection. When relative perfection was achieved, the lives within merged into higher form and are now seeking to share consciousness within our world. Remember when the atom told you it was awakened from a long sleep?"
"Yes."
"All lives within the atomic world are now asleep, and their work is accomplished as if on an automatic pilot, or like a computer program. Even so, none of them cease to exist. Instead, they have left their measurement of time behind and are adjusting their consciousness to time as it manifests in the greater universe."
"Will this apply to mankind also?" I asked. "Will we reach a time of perfection where we will seek to identify with greater lives?"
"Yes and you will learn more about this shortly. What I want you to remember at this time is that these smaller worlds have life, but the life is asleep to these tiny worlds that their consciousness has left behind. Their consciousness has moved upwards, seeking expansion. Even so, they can be awakened, as has happened with the atom. In a future universe they will awaken again to this plane of existence and build again better than before."
"Let me see if I understand this correctly," I said. "In a second of our time, billions of years of time would technically pass within an atom, but because they are asleep to their own plane, the lives there do not consciously live through all that time."
"Correct," came the reply.
"But these smaller lives are seeking consciousness in our greater universe and therefore are governed by our reckoning of time."
"Very good. As they emerge in awareness of the greater universe this is the case."
"But when they were going through the creation and perfection of their universe, they passed through many billions of years to them in what would have been less than a second to us or the first second of the Big Bang?"
"Correct again."
"This is stimulating knowledge," I said. "If we go smaller we'll see things that no scientist I know has even thought about. Is there much more?"
"Indeed, we will go much smaller," he said. "Smaller than the scientists has dared to dream.
I sensed it was time to journey on and took a look at one of the quarks blinking in and out of existence. I proceeded toward it, decreasing in size again."
"The universe within the quark is on a higher rate of vibration and you need to slow time even more. Then you must enter the quark when it is in form."
As we proceeded, time went slower, for the blinking of the quark slowed until it seemed to stop and appeared as a large ball of somewhat elliptical fire. This made me a little nervous, but my host reassured me and we continued into the fire. We either became smaller or the quark larger, whichever way one wants to put it, and it wasn't long before the tiny quark seemed as big as an entire universe. Soon, the fire was no fire, but dots that looked like the sky at night.
"Shall we move toward one of the points?" I asked.
"Proceed."
In no time the dot I picked out became much larger. As we passed by many of them, I noticed they seemed to be loosely grouped in formations of six. Then, as the dot I picked became large, I was able to discern its appearance as if it were six galaxy-type forms grouped together in the form of a hexagon, with some type of black hole or vortex in the center.
"You mentioned earlier about this being the universe of six." I said. "Do these groupings of six I keep seeing have something to do with it?"
"They have everything to do with it," came the reply. "Each universe is founded upon a number. When all possibilities have been materialized around this number, and the intelligence within the number brings the elements in that universe into maximum order, a higher universe is created. Before the beginning of the current universe, all possibilities in this universe were exhausted and the form perfected."
"I notice that this universe seems much more organized and structured than our own. Will our universe evolve in this same direction?"
"Yes, it will, except it shall organize around the number seven, just as this one is organized around the number six. As you can guess, the possibilities around the greater number seven are much more than six, and thus the time involved will last much longer. As I said, the number seven manifests already in color, sound and the rays, but this is just the beginning. The greater universe has a long way to go, and its end will produce a beauty that is beyond present imagination."
"Are these six formations we see before us galaxies in this universe?"
"They correspond to our galaxies, but the matter in them is founded on the number six and they gather in groups of six."
"This is amazing," I said. "To think that they are billions of times smaller than the head of a pin; yet, before us, in this miniature world is many galaxies."
"Yes it is," said my guide. "Even though it is considered that I am the greatest upon the planet earth, I never cease to marvel at the vastness of creation."
His answer made me realize that in many ways he was just like me, but much further ahead upon the Path. In an odd way this was comforting. "Shall we proceed toward one of these galaxies?" I asked.
I felt an affirmative reply and moved ahead. As the galaxy I eyed expanded, I noticed it was much more structured than pictures I have seen of galaxies in our universe. Instead of a great spiral, this galaxy had a bright center surrounded by six concentric rings. The closest thing I have seen that resembles it is the Sombrero Galaxy, named after the Sombrero hat, but this one had more definition than any previous galaxy I had seen.
"There's that number six again," I said, eyeing the six rings. "Does everything gravitate around the number six here?"
"Six is the foundation number of this universe, and since it has reached the peak of its evolution, it manifests this number and multiples thereof wherever the foundations of creation occur. In other circumstances, you will see all the other numbers appear just as in the greater universe. As our greater universe moves toward perfection, we will see more manifestations of the number seven, which is our foundation number."
"Fascinating," I thought, as we moved toward the dots that composed the rings. As they became larger they gained the appearance of stars, but as we drew closer they became as bright stars. Then I noticed something very interesting. Instead of the stars here being in a rather random layout as they appear at night from earth, these stars were in an order that was definitely designed by some intelligence. These were connected in strands like some pictures of molecules I've seen in chemistry books. Some of the forms were very complex and others were simple hexagons and pentagons.
As soon as I expressed an internal desire to visit individual solar systems I found myself passing through three different ones. One of them had six major planets and six minor ones, but the other two had a larger overall number, but still six major planets. The suns here were bright but they did not emit a scotching heat, and the planets appeared circular, but clear as crystal. The phrase "sea of glass" from the Book of Revelation came to my mind.
"What kind of inhabitants could live on such a crystalline surface?" I asked.
"The surface is different than you think," he said. "Take a look."
We then moved toward the surface of one of the planets and touched down in our consciousness. To my amazement the surface was perfectly smooth. "There's no one here," I thought.
"There are many billions," came the reply. "Go downward."
I immediately felt myself sinking in what seemed to be a gelatin material. I then sensed that the planet itself was alive and a composite of billions of lives joined together in molecular and cellular formations. "Can I communicate with them?" I asked.
"They are asleep, just like the atom," he said. "There is no need to awaken them at the moment."
"This seems to be a strange way to live," I said.
"Eons ago, when the attention of God was on creating this universe, these also had physical bodies, but of a crystalline nature. They fulfilled the measure of their creation and united for a great sleep and journey into greater consciousness. They retain their individual identity, yet have united with the atom with whom you have already communicated. Together, they are striving to join with the consciousness of the life in our greater universe. Think on this thought when you return to your body and know that the very atoms and even tiny lives within you are attempting to share your consciousness. You are a god to many universes within."
"I've vaguely thought of this idea before, but now the meaning comes alive like never before. It is amazing to consider that we are now on a planet, in a galaxy, that is a part of a quark, within one individual atom. It's really overwhelming. Where do we go now?"
"There's much more," he said, "if you wish to go smaller."
As I concentrated on going smaller, we quickly were reduced until we passed by the fibers, cells and then the molecules of this world. They seemed complex and perfect in functioning, but not quite as complex as the orders I saw in the greater universe. Finally, we arrived at the atoms of this universe, and again we had to slow time much further to take a look. "Time must be going incredibly slow." I said.
"Much slower than your scientists have ever contemplated," he said. "Time is caused by a conscious registration of motion. Thus, time is altered by either changing our consciousness so motion is registered in different increments, or by altering the motion of all things before the consciousness. We are doing the former, altering our consciousness to register motion unfathomable to the upper world."
"Fascinating," I said. Then I looked toward the atoms and saw they were similar to the atoms of our universe, but more circular and less heart-shaped.
"The protons and quarks were the upper end of the universe founded upon the number six; and now you are seeing the atoms of this universe which are also founded on this number. These atoms have a maximum of six electron shells instead of seven, as in our universe. To find the next universe, we must go smaller into the universe founded upon the number five."
I felt like I could stay for an unlimited time in any of our stops, but moved forward in our journey. As one of the atoms loomed before us, I found we had to slow time even more. As before, the electrons became visible and appeared to be blinking in and out of existence, but with a different sequence than our universe. The nucleus seemed far away again, but we approached it and soon one of the particles filled half the space before us. Time slowed even more, and I was able to see five particles forming a pentagon.
"This arrangement of five is a lower correspondence to the quarks," I was told. "This is the beginning of the universe of five. Explore as you did before."
We sped toward one of the particles, and as it grew we plunged into it. Again, we saw what appeared to be an infinite number of particles, and as we approached, each particle turned out to be as if it were a galaxy teeming with form. We approached one of these galaxy figures and saw that it again had a highly-defined structure. This one was different than the last in the fact that the number five dominated here as six had done in the last universe. At the center appeared to be a ball of fire with five arms extending to create five concentric rings, making the whole look a little like a ringed body like Saturn.
As we moved closer, the fiery rings turned into dots and the dots into stars, then one of the stars into a sun. This sun had five major planets and seven minor ones. We lit on the surface of one of the planets and to my surprise it had the texture of water. Then we went smaller and viewed all types of angular forms until we came to wide variety of molecules. Again, the number five dominated as many were composed of five, 25 and 125 atoms, but there were other combinations also.
I selected an atom to visit and found I had to again slow time to see anything but a whirling object. As the form came to view, it looked a little like a wheel composed of five elliptical rings, creating ten protrusions on the surface. When time ran faster, the atom looked like a perfect ball; when slowed it revealed the ten protrusions from the five orbits.
"These atoms are the foundations of the universe of five," said my guide. "We must go much smaller to find the particle of your quest, with which you can commune, and, in doing so, you will discover a great mystery."
I followed the same process as last time and plunged into one of the particles in the nucleus. This revealed four particles in the formation of a square apparently corresponding to quarks again. We compressed again, descended into one of the particles, and again beheld another universe of galaxy formations. Instead of being fairly random like they are in our universe, these were organized in numerous square formations joining into what appeared to be cubes and building blocks which created some interesting molecular-looking formations. In the center of the cubes were three galaxies in triangular formation, circling a larger central galaxy.
I picked out a galaxy and headed toward it. As it magnified, the stars became visible. I picked several to move past and noticed they all had four major planets and eight minor ones, plus numerous smaller bodies. Finally, we lit on one of the major planets. I was surprised to sense that this one had no solid form, but was composed entirely of gaseous substance. I also sensed that there was life here, but was asleep as they were on the other worlds we visited. Each life here had a swirling ball of gas as its body, and they were all joined together in molecular formations to create the entire body of the planet itself.
"Shall we go even smaller?" I asked.
"That's what we are here for," came the reply.
We again reduced in size and plunged into one of the gaseous balls. As we shrank even more I noticed the particles here were farther apart than in the greater universes. I picked one and proceeded toward it until we approached a cube of atoms. I picked an atom, magnified it and slowed time immensely and approached. As expected, there were four shells of electrons.
We reduced in size much further and headed into the nucleus. "Are we entering the universe of three this time?" I asked.
"We are," came the reply.
As this universe became larger I saw that the quarks here organized into groups of three in triangular formation. We proceeded to reduce and entered into one of them. As we reduced I was expecting to see galactic formations again, but instead saw something entirely different. Everywhere I looked I saw triangular formations. They seemed to create a great grid against the fabric of space to give form to the great quark that we were within. In addition to this, there were an innumerable number of interlinking and interlocking triangles of glowing particles of some kind. These seemed to form the substance of the body of the particle where we found ourselves.
"There are no galaxies here," I said, "but only triangles of points of light."
"All life begins with triangles," he said. "Each of these triangles is the beginning of a new life. You have noticed the points of which they are made. Discover the point and you discover the great mystery behind our beginning."
We then approached one of the triangles and finally a point. The point was much smaller than I supposed, for it emitted a very bright light, which made it seem larger than it was. After much magnification, it finally became large before us. It was so bright that I feared entering it.
"You have nothing to fear," came the reply. Only your consciousness is here."
I magnified the particle many times again until it was as large as a planet. Now, instead of a fiery light, it appeared to have a bright white shiny surface. I somehow got the impression that it was like a large bubble. I nervously proceeded toward it, as there seemed to be no more particles with gaps of empty space to sail between. Even so, we moved onward until we touched the surface of this thing. It seemed to be a barrier beyond which we could not pass.
"What do we do now?" I asked.
"You must go through the barrier and commune with the point in the center if you wish to pass your test," he said.
It must be possible then, I thought to myself. I then used all the power of my will to force my way through. Nothing happened. The barrier held firm.
"Now what?" I asked.
"It's now up to you. I brought you here to commune with the smallest of creation. This is as far as I can take you. The knowledge is within you to take the last step."
Great, I thought to myself. Another puzzle. Why can't it ever be easy with these guys? At least I have plenty of time here. I could stay here a trillion years and a second wouldn't even begin to go by on earth.
On a whim I rose from the surface a long distance and took an accelerating dive headfirst (at least in my consciousness) toward the surface. I hit with what seemed like great force and just bounced off with more force than I struck.
"That wasn't too smart," came the reply. "Sometimes I am amazed you have gotten as far as you have in your spiritual journey."
"I can't argue with you there," I said. Then a thought came to me. If using force isn't too smart, then maybe the opposite of force is the way to go. If there's something I am to commune with behind this barrier, then maybe I can somehow talk to it now and it can get me through.
We descended again to the surface. I huddled against it, stilled myself, and cast forth the thought: "Awaken from your long sleep and let me enter into your space."
Suddenly, I felt a stirring, as if some consciousness was indeed awakening. I now felt that I was headed the right direction, so I continued repeating over and over, "Awaken, let me enter."
Finally, there came a response: "Why do you call me forth from my dwelling in the greater universe to awaken from my long sleep?"
I wasn't sure how to respond, so I just let it out, "I am instructed by one higher than myself to commune with you and know your mystery."
There seemed to be a long silence, during which I felt the entity probing my mind sensing the presence of the Ancient of Days with me.
Finally the reply came, "Enter the Holy Space."
