Walking method
Their is nothing like walking

Note this has very little too do with walking, however it is the first step to controlling visualization. This is very easy to do, however you need to know that once it works its unnerving.
It like running with water and then dropping it, first the water is unreflective and then you see your face.
Step one:
Stare in front of you to a fix point, then imagine yourself in another part of your house. Now if you can't imagine this just remeber a time when you where in that part of your house. Remeber walking, and then start to count your steps. Then with greater control move your body counting your steps around your house. You have to proberly count up to about 20 and feel your imagine or remebered body moving.
Then you need to remeber something, anything. Don't make it up just remeber something. Now it need to be a image and it best to make it something you have seen today. Now if you quickly do this i.e. go from walking around house to remebering image you will see it perfectly. Then just carry on remebering stuff and you will see the image perfectly.
It is really weird however if you feel alittle weird and have the feeling of colour swirling around in your head, then you have done it. It really hard to explain however I can see stuff near perfect. I will explain this in more detail and proberly rewrite this later, as I am having trouble remebering what I did or even focusing my eyes properly.
