its for LD masters and its reccomended they are married\gf\sleeping with someone next time you try LD, tell your gf\wife\person you sleep with to try and contact you by voice or touch (gently, so you won`t wake up) and see if it penetrates to your dream i think you have to be really good at ld for that because you need to be sure youll have a lucid dream while they try to contact..

Erm, I dunno if it's what you are looking for but I once had a lucid dream whilst listening to a half of nfl, I know the NFL was in the real world because the dream commentary I heard corresponded to both the highlights and the score.
