i was reading the dream faq and it said "Again, you need to sleep 5-6 hours before trying this. This is because you don't dream much during the first 5 hours, which is mostly non-REM sleep." and last night i set my watch to ring in 30 mintues. it did but i never feel asleep. so i set it to ring in 30 mintues agian and i feel asleep and then woke up when it rang and i rembered a dream i had during the 30 mintues. so can that be a fast way to enter rem sleep or something? |
