Spontaneously Induced Lucid Dreams

I have had nothing but what I call Spontaneously Induced Lucid Dreams, where either I just realize I am dreaming, or it was like I knew I was dreaming the whole time. I'm not sure how these came about, since I just practice a combo plate of induction techniques during the week, but I've met impressive success with them. I haven't had many so far, but I'm having a rapid rate of increase. At first, I had 2 per month. But just recently I've had two within three days, a first for me. I was wondering if anyone would like to share their experiences or report similar situations with this "technique".
