"Mathematics is the language of nature", or so says the time bending narrator in "Fibonacchi Sequence", that banging late-90's trance anthem.

My own experiences of lucid and vivid dreaming began very near after the time when, as an adult, I began contemplating geometry. Not crunching theorems. I was just loosely contemplating dimension, rotation, relation, scale, progression, inclusion. I read up on 4D geometry. I tried to draw a 4D pyramid. That did the trick. Onset right after that.

So, from my experience, I suppose that contemplating higher-order geometries may help 'unlock' something in the visual center. These geometries - or, broadly, visualisations - are so intrinsic to the fabric of reality. They correspond to forms in the world, in our minds, and along which our brains themselves are structured (e.g., fractal).

So, after the fact of my own onset of vivid dreaming, I found this site.
Incredibly beautiful. I encourage you to check out the materials at this link.

If that's your style, contemplate and visualize these in your free time, to expand or refine your perceptual capacity. If not, just enjoy ...

Lemme know what you think.

Peace,
