Cookie Monster doesn't make kids over-indulge in cookies, it's parents who don't educate them what it means to over-indulge that's the problem. They already changed them to oatmeal on the show. That's healthy enough!! Shit. Besides, that's the whole point of cookie monster. He's the ultimate id, the hedonist. Sure he tries to control his urges, then fails.
