Alot of tension is built up in our facial muscles. Here's a great exercise for relieving facial stress (bonus: laughing at what you look like hah!)

Step 1. Stretch mouth muscles




Step 2. Stick toungue out as far as it will go




Step 3. Combine Steps 1 and 2




Step 4. Relax your entire head until you look like an idiot




Step 5. Flex eyes, nose AND mouth muscle group things




Step 6. Repeat Steps 1-5 until you're a relaxed, well-balenced individual
