Carried out the duties of his office, nothing more and nothing less. Worst: George W. Bush - Signed into law the No Child Left Behind Act and a supply-side tax break to boost the economy; hopes to receive credit for the successes of future administrations in foreign policy, the Iraq/Afghanistan Wars, Social Security reform, and many other areas.

Worst: George W. Bush Worst - Dubya. Worst - George W. Bush In terms of being able to communicate with the public, he is the worst as far as I know. Part of being a good president is being a good communicator, and G.W. Bush has the communication skills of the average carnival ticket tearer.

Best - no contest, Ronald Reagan. Did the most direct damage but (was until recently) one of the most likable - Jimmy Carter. (Sadly, he seems to have turned into a racist idiot in the past few years. And it IS sad. I really liked Carter the man.)
