      ROFL!!

      Reminds me of the time I was at NAU, and the morning after a huge snowstorm we exited our dorm to find a huge phallus made of snow erected (pun intended) on the roof of our dorm. It was very accurate.

      Hard to say...apparently they did it at around 3 in the morning so that the library would be pretty much empty.

      But it's the biggest building within a couple miles of the campus, so I'm sure lots of people looked out their window and noticed it.
