If I was a girl I would take advantage and go and have sex with my best friend. Since I am a woman technically it wouldn't be against my religion. I actually think I like being a man better and my best friend turning into a girl, but whatever works. I would do that because I love him so much. I would also take pictures of myself naked and then sell them to horny men/woman. All of you should read Master of the Sex Gates. It is a really good book. It is about portals that open up and if you walk through them you turn into the opposite sex in the age from 10-20. Old married couples ran in and came out the other side young and horny. I can't really see there being any difference between them dying in the testes as opposed to a condom, mouth, or Kleenex. You should get them cryogenically frozen if you're worried about losing them, but I don't know what God would think about that. note: at first I thought the name of this thread was "if you could have sex for a day.. would you?", which seemed like a pretty dumb question.
