      how long can you go without sleep?

      i think my longest stretch was like 36 hours

      My longest was when i was in America a few years back, we were driving a long way and because we were not stopping at a hotel or anything on the way i could not sleep at all, in fact i was quite hyper, i lasted about 2 days and a quater and then i finally got to sleep because i physically needed it badly. Never doing it again though, my eyes hurt alot and i felt ill.

      After like 30 hours, I get pretty sleepy.

      I really don't see myself in a scenario where I would not make time for a nap. After all, it's AWESOME to sleep, when you're tired.

      Trip to Australia - didn't sleep a wink during the flight, so arrived there at about 11pm GMT... it was broad daylight. That was like 24 odd hours.

      Haha, perhaps the sober world record. I know a ex-meth addict with a record of 17 day's. And a few others with records in the 10-14 range.

      Mine personally is about 60 hours, sober. Not exactly fun, couldn't sleep if I tried and not sure why...

      In my younger days would do a weekend easy without sleep - now I am getting older can normally go a night without it if I am out or something but will suffer for a few days after lol.

      Now what with work and everything like that I find myself getting more tired, travelling just takes it out of you!!!

      That probably sounded completely mental, but I'm sure everytime I miss a nights sleep I get up in the morning and have spots.

      it could just be your skin getting splotchy from not having properly rested and regenerated. Yea I get it a little too.

      Anyway - my record is only about 34 hours but that was in the hospital with drugs that were supposed to relax me - not meth. So I shoulda fallen right out.
