Mmm, I buy Edam cheese, probably because I like it and don't bother tasting many others. Has a great smooth texture, cuts well and doesn't crumble. Has indeed a "mild" taste, not too sour and not too sweet or however cheeses taste as opposed to sour. So, aye, it's good. |

Mmmm cheddar is by far the best cheese to use in cheese on toast. It's got just enough flavour to make the cheese on toast slightly more interesting without making it taste unlike cheese on toast. |
|
Merlock that does sound good, I will have to pick some of that up.. |

Lemme explain: Raclette is a big piece of cheese that is heated until a layer of it is melted, and then that layer is sliced off onto your plate. You can eat it with all sorts of side dishes. |

My favorite cheese is provolone, with mozzerella coming a close second. I'm also fond of brie. |

Its like an unwritten rule that every man likes cheese - my personal favorite is Brie - I love it |

I love cheese especially when it's melted on ham. Ooh I could do with a cheese and ham toastie |

My favorite cheese is Oka cheese, you can pretty much only get it here in Quebec. It also smells like death dying so you know it's good stuff . There is this one cheese (can't remember the name) that I eat every time I go to my uncle's house which is godly. He imports it illegally from France (something about an elevated bacteriological count), anyways when melted and put on crackers it's a *insert obscene reference to goodness*. |
