      OK, I just had to post this because I thought it was funny. Drove me nucking futs too trying to figure it out. Have fun!

      Count the people and then wait for the picture to change.



      Now count them again.

      I count 13 every time O.o

      When you go left to right you sometimes get 12, but if you go right to left I keep getting 13 odd....

      The image DOES change, if you count before the change there's 12, after the change there's 13. There's no way to count 13 when it's in the 12 configuration. I tried. (Unless maybe you're just a bad counter?) LOL.

      Yes. Some kinda freaky weird magic too, I think. The kind that makes your brain stop working or something. Will SOMEBODY please explain to me how this is at all possible? I'm flummoxed. I can sit here and stare at it for hours and still not have a clue HOW the rotten tricky thing works.

      Oh man! The explanation is even trickier than the puzzle itself! I urge you to try to figure it out yourself before reading the solution. What a clever little thing. Kudos to the genius that invented this thing.

      eh? Care to elaborate on that, I'm not sure what you're saying


      I think I understand the explanation that Phydeux linked. Basically all of the 12 people from pic 1 give a small portion of their body to make a 13th person. This is done cleverly so that they don't look unusual, but they are all a bit shorter in the second pic

      On second thoughts, I still don't understand it
