Ouch, monitors are heavy! |
|
I work for our school district and was changing out monitors in a classroom. So, when I went to open up the back door the monitor I was taking in fell out and landed on my ankle. Not to mention I had just hit my head pretty hard against the door when I was getting a hand-cart out. Needless to say I was pretty cautious the rest of the day. |

yes i remember such a day... it involved firecrackers, a motorcycle, a cactus, a hill, a skate board and a tennis court... i was probably 13 at the time... the day starts and i'm at a friends house... we decide to take his older brother's motorcycle out for a ride... i'm clipping along when i go over a little mound of dirt i turn the wheel a little... when it comes back down it cuts and i go over the handle bars, down a hill, and into a cactus. i pull cactus out of my legs all morning... i wear jeans and a long sleeve shirt when i go home to conceal my wounds... i get home and get a call from another friend... i go over to his house... while there we're playing with fireworks. i light a string of them and get ready to throw them when he says something like, "wait!" for what reason i don't know... he didn't think i'd lit them yet i guess... well i'm waiting there when the little bitches go off in my hand. that surprisingly didn't hurt too much... but later that night i tried to do an acid drop with his skateboard off of the net on the tennis court only to face plant... that hurt. |

adidas... You win....although I did have a very unpleasant experience in 5th grade where I rode my bike to school and tried to race a truck. The back brakes didn't work too well but the front ones were great! Unfortunately it weren't too good when I flew over the handle bars and skidded 6 feet on the asphalt and landed with the bike still on top of me.... Luckily nothing was broken and I was seriously on the block where my dad worked. |

Something much like that happened to me when i was a kid... but i think i hit a bump in the road. Needless to say i was probably going 15-20mph down a very big hill, a truck was coming and i was lying in the middle of the road. My face looked like ground beef after but I am so thankful too that no bones broke! |
