1. Open Admin Panel
2. Make a group called "Non Senseless"
3. Make a group called "Senseless"
4. Using the postcount mod, add everybody with >25 posts to the Senseless group.
5. Add p00p to "Non Senseless"
6. Make Senseless Banter access Private
7. Give the Senseless group access to it
8. Do not give the Non-Senseless group access to it.
