      E.G.P.S.F. syndrome

      does anyone else get Excessive-Guitar-Player's-Spoon-Fingers
      Syndrome????
      (for those who are un-informed on the subject, it is when your fingers go flat and round at the ends when you play guitar too much.)

      Yeah, I've had that. Especially on my thumbs and then I get callouses. Which of course I rip off.

      Do you mean where your fingers go flat and then sometimes you get a line on your fingertip? I get that from playing the violin.

      you need the callouses that way it dosent actulay hurt when you play. How the hell did you get them on your thumbs?

      Oh, I had one of those recently. Don't even play the guitar or violin. Violin sucks. Stupid violin. Screeching noises.

      That's only in cartoons or when someone doesn't know how to play. It's not even that high pitched...

      this used to happen to me. Over time your skin adapts to it and it really doesn't happen that much anymore.
