I started working out a few weeks ago using p90x workouts. I also started a new diet and have been losing weight. The thing is since i have been doing the diet and working out i barely poop and if i do it is not solid. Is this due to me working out and just not eating enough?
They said in the book they gave me that i need to eat alot of good food all day. I only eat good food but not 6 meals a day. So should i eat more? Will i lose weight if i eat more?
and i will state i am eating at least one big meal a day and a few small ones, i am not starving myself haha
