If we could think of a way to prevent players from abusing the revenge vote, I'd like to allow them to use the revenge vote at the moment of their choosing, so they could play it strategicly.

Also, which revenge vote do you guys like better? I iisted two variations.

I was under the impression that they are only aloud to use the revenged vote upon death.

Maybe they must use the revenged vote within 2 pages otherwise they loose it.

I think the one where you can vote for and against 2 people is better because it would be harder for one person to be taken out from revenge votes. Great idea either way.

My example only had votes for adding and subtracting from two people because I didn't feel like typing more than four names. That revenge vote would affect everybody on the roster, even if their were 20 people left, and you could give a + or a - to each person left on the roster.

The other example, would restrict you to only having two votes, a + and a -, but they would count as double. So whoever you gave the + to would get 2 points added to their score, and whoever you gave the - to, would lose 2 points.

Maybe we could have the person type something like "REVENGE VOTE" when they decide to use it.

That could go either way. Those factions would really be a dangerous force to be reckoned with, yet it might make it so difficult for the remaining targeted players, that almost nobody beyond the choosing of the dead could win. The idea, courtesy of mrdeano, that it should be used within 2 vote pages balances that out nicely. If they're organized enough they could use it together (depending on the speed of the game) but not to quite the apocalyptic effect as before.

If you set the limit in pages, someone can be unlucky and get killed of while they're sleeping. It would be better to say within 24 hours or something like that.

Also, I like the -/+ worth double revenge vote better than the other.

Ideally, someone should put together a custom system for this.

The Revenge Vote (suggested by Fableflame), has been added to the v.2.0 game system. Once a member dies, they have 24 hours to use their revenge vote before it expires.

whore face has 24 hours from the time of her death to use her revenge vote in which she can give one plus or one minus to each remaining individual on the battlefield. Who whoreface gives pluses or minuses to is entirely her decision. If she doesn't use her revenge vote within 24 hours of her death, her revenge vote will expire.

Interesting. It appears a new DV elimination game is about to go underway. It seems I'll be able to observe a part of DV history taking place. If all I've heard about the last one is true, it will prove to be a humorous show. It's a shame I won't be able to be a contestant, though. But I'm sure I'll have enough posts once the next chance comes around.
