      Firefly

      Not owning a TV or being current on the homogenizing aspects of its culture blending, I sometimes miss out big time (No, I never did watch even an entire episode of Seinfeld).

      My kid just brought home the entire Firefly series on DVD and I am seriously addicted. Why did that show get cancelled anyway??

      Basically because they weren't making enough money I think. There are plans to bring it back as soon as they have enough dough.

      If you like Firefly see the movie Serenity, which is like a spin off of it with the same characters n stuff. Its a really good film even though i havent seen any firefly.

      I loved the Firefly series, but I was severely disappointed with "Serenity".

      The series was cancelled because the put it in a lousy time slot, and it never got very good ratings.
