      OBE's...I'm kidna freaked out.

I was just reading up on OBE's and I hate to say it, but I'm pretty scared. Are they dangerous? Has anyone ever had one? I'm practicing the WILD method tonight and I'm just worried that I might have one. My most important question...what to do if I have do have one? Thanks in advance guys and girls.

As far as I am aware, no scientific evidence has ever been published to suggest that OBEs are anything other than very realistic dreams. Until controlled experiments are performed (in which the OBEer would answer questions whose answers could only be learned by leaving the room, for example) and indicate otherwise, I see no reason to assume the supernatural over the natural. I have never had an OBE myself, though, so those who have had OBEs might deem their experiences reason enough to assume the supernatural.

I personally beleve in astral projection and OBEs, I can tell you there is absoultly nothing to be afraid of. No one has ever been hurt by an OBE. You probabley wont just 'happen' to have an OBE randomly, If you do and you get scared, you will instantly return to your body. If your not scared (and theres no reason to be) I'd suggest exploring and just having fun!

But as DSR said, science has yet to prove OBEs exist and what people experiance may be nothing more than a hyper-realistic dream.

Have fun, and in the future you might want to consider posting questions like this in the "Beyond Dreaming" section. Good luck, SLAYER RULES!
