long naps and dreams at night?

Ok well I'm a teen and I think all this sleeping is me growing. So, I got home from school about 3:30, ate some pizza around 4, layed down and fell asleep about 5:30 and woke up at 9:30. I woke up randomly like 2times and was disoriented and I thought I was late for school or something and confused hahaha. I didn't remember any dreams but this happened to me around 2 weeks ago. I fell asleep at like 6, to 8, 8 to 10 and 10 to 12. (I remembered some dreams from that and remembered a lot that night). So, will this affect my dreams tonight? (besides me maybe not being able to get to sleep easily) can anyone elighten me on this? haha

When I get like that lately I've used the tiredness to try to WILD. But I don't know if it's possible to go into a dream quickly that way.
