Sleep moaning

So apparently I have this habit of moaning pretty loud when I'm sleeping. When I'm tired and fall asleep before the tv, my parents constanly wake me up by irritated calling my name. So, I often get annoyed and just go to bed feeling like shit becuase they wake me up every few minutes or so. The nextday they tell me that I was moaning the whole time as soon as I fell asleep so they woke me up. Everyone at home says I moan so loud at night when sleeping that they can hear it in their rooms(I sleep with my door closed and mostly they do too). Anyone knows what this is? All I get when searching the internet is pregnant women stuff....

I know exactly what this is, because SADLY I have it too. It's called catathrenia. You can read more about it on the wikipedia page. There is also a yahoo group with about 250 of us or so. Very helpful place for info and support.
