There are alot of times where i will wake up feeling like im on a hangover eventhough i know for sure i didnt do anything the night before, i dont have to take meds for anything, im healthy as anyone could be, but this is all the time, i usually get home from work around 3am, and then go to bed about 3:30 or so and i wake up about 12:00. I was wondering if it could be im getting too much sleep, because if i wake up around 9 or so, i dont feel it. Any thoughts?

I'm sure it's just plain old stress and fatigue. Do you have a lot on your plate? If so, this may be a cause.

I get this sometimes too. Sometimes I feel like I'm walking around in a haze, like I can't fully wake up. After awhile, the feelings subsides and then I'm fine. But I hate having that feeling when I'm at work and I'm trying to think and concentrate.

When I was little I used to wake up with this feeling almost every morning. I went to a few doctors and they could never find anything wrong, so I guess its just a natural orrcurance that happens with no warning.
