Now i know theres alot of other topics about this, but i dont really wanna "takeover" other ppls topics. so il post my own (sorry if im not supposed to)

For the last 3-4 weeks, iv had problems sleeping.

I go to bed quite tired, but just end up lying there for hours and hours (usually 3+ hours b4 i can get a little sleep) and sometimes i just dont fall asleep at all, so i just get up and do something, until iv been awake for like 24-30 hours, then i usually fall asleep (but then im so tired i feel like im going to collapse).

I dont really get any caffine that would keep me awake (i quit drinkin coke like 1 week b4 this started to happend, and switched to water). Not that caffine has ever worked like that on me b4 (i could drink a few cups of coffee and go to bed and sleep within an hour).

Im not really the most active guy, but iv tried doing exercising and stuff so that i would REALLY be tired when i go to bed, but it doesnt seem to help. I got some Imovane pills (to make me fall-a-sleep but not sleep) from my doc, but they only seem to work 1/4 times.

when i lie in bed i feel as relaxed as i should be, and i do get kinda half asleep, where im really confused and feel like im going to fall asleep, but it doesnt.

should mebbe mention that for the last 2.5 - 3 years iv been on a antipsycotic medicine called Zyprexa, wich did make me tired aswell. but iv been going down on em the last 6 monts, and like 6 weeks ago i finally managed to quit it completely.

would be great if anyone could give me some tips or anything at all, that could fix this, its getting really annoying and its allso bad for me cuz when i get to tired i get bad anxiety.
