      B6 and taking a piss

      Does anyone notice that b6 makes you take a piss a lot.

      I hear its diuretic. I take 100mg bcomplex every day. Does anyone else notice this.

      I take it a 100mg pill every night and i don't think i piss any more than usual, but i do notice some awesome vivid ld's.

      I wouldn't be surprised... I do piss a lot. It also makes it very yellow which I think is related in some way.
