You'll eventually crash. I do this all the time, even during school. Since you're not doing much of anything, you can keep it up for quite some time before you crash. |

Well, I'm a teenager, and it's the summer. And, since I have no car(which means no social life aorund here) I don't have anywhere to be. So, this has lead to me stay up progressively later, and later. Plus I just don't like going to sleep. I've gotten to the point where staying up about 18-24 hours is the norm, and I only sleep about 5-6 hours. |

Well, I only drink water (aside from one or two cups of coffee), take multi-vitamins, eat decently, and do light excercise through these 24+ hours that I'm awake. I sleep about 6-7 hours and repeat. |

Doesn't matter how much water or vitamins you take (although that does extend your time very much, and will probably keep you from getting too sick, if sick at all), your body needs sleep. And your body will eventually shut down to get that sleep, when it needs it desperately enough. |
