Cant get SP

I just can't do it...Whenever I try something like WILD and I get an itch I try to ignore it but I cant and I'm afaird that if I move that I'll break out of meditation or whatever...I really liked getting into SP but I feel as if I cant do it anymore. So far I've made my body feel like its pushing down on my bed and getting lighter but thats about all I can do... Any suggestions?

I've done it only once but with can't seem to do it anymore but I say never give up when you do get there i will be all the sweeter
