HI?

Ok...well I'm supposed to try this sleep study thing and well I have to do a WILD. Now I've read a few things on HI but was never able to get it...I would lay in bed concentrating on whatever it tells me to and I never get any images. Is there anyway I can get these images to help me with WILD?

If you're talking about the "flashing lights" and such, then not everyone gets them (I myself have only experienced it once while waking up). If your talking about seeing actual stuff happen (like in a dream, yet before falling asleep), then just let your mind wander a bit. Eventually, you'll start getting dream scenes and you'll be able to do what you want from there. Just remember never to concentrate on the HI, or it will disappear faster than the time it will take you to be sorry . Just let it play out in front of you until you start to get more entrenched into your sleep.
