      Bad SP?

It's been happening to me a lot now... I wake up in the morning with some wound I can ensure myself was not there the night before, red marks, scratch marks, maybe the occasional bruise?

Is this all from a case of poor SP? I've heard that some people's SP isn't as good as others and I'm more of wondering not if it's possible so much as how it's possible.

Any advice or opinions would be more than welcome ^.^ [I hope I posted this I the right section since it is sleep/health related]

SP is Sleep Paralysis. If you are not paralyzed then you are not in fact in sleep paralysis. I don't think the brain makes you 'half paralyzed'. If you are not paralyzed then you will act out your dream, thus getting much more than scratch and bruise.

Personally, I get red marks from just sleeping in a bad position. As for scratch marks and bruises, I can't explain that.

Really? I always thought people had some amount of SP in them...[maybe that's just me and my misinterpretations of things...bleh] because I'm not like a sleepwalker or anything and I'm not always waking up wounded [and I know I have some pretty high action dreams]

There is a partial SP state.

It's just a light sleep paralysis, that can quite easily become full SP.
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

Wait So if we're not in SP when we LD we're hurting ourselves? *Is extremely worried*
