      Cannabis and dreaming

      I was wondering what peoples experience/relation with Cannabis and dream recall/Lucidity is? I have not had any for about 3 weeks and have poor dream recall. A friend gave me bowl last night for my Birthday and last night I had good recall. No lucidity though. What are your experiences?

      This is opposite to the general experiences most people have. Pretty cool though!

      If i smoke a bowl (usually more ), i won't remember my dreams at ALL.

      But it's possible since weed only supresses REM, it doesn't take it away.

      I haven't been having a great deal of lucid dreams, nor have I been smoking because I tend to do worse at school when I do. However, exam week is now over so I'm off for a month, and last night me and some friends smoked. I woke up around 11:30 in the morning but was still really tired so I went back to bed and had one of my more vivid lucid dreams ever. I think alcohol and thc might have similar effects on sleep in that, over the regular course of sleep dreaming might be effected, but if you've gotten enough sleep and just go back to bed, your ability to LD should be similar to normal. Just something I've noticed in myself I guess.
