Hi. Starting today, I'm doing a biphasic sleep schedule, which in my case is going to bed same as usual (1 am lol), waking up at 6 for school, and doing a 90 minute nap at 7 pm.

The only difference is the nap.

Biphasic seems to be the least extreme, and I should be seeing positive effects soon unless I completely screw something up

The only reason I'm even doing this is cause I've been really tired in school and have gotten 2/10 for a test, which REALLY sucks, so I guess a little extra sleep can't really make things any worse.

Lol.
