Did anybody else see this?

4 things I found interesting in this report:
1) how lack of deep sleep makes you hungry and eat more
2) how lack of deep sleep made a previously healthy guy pre-diabetic within a week
3) how sleep helps your physical memory improve the next day
4) we are getting 6.7 hours on average a night, which is less than the 8 hours average just 40 years ago.

Makes me think I really should have slept more in college.
The section about showing them disturbing images reminds me of A Clockwork Orange... it's a form of torture! I think they use sleep deprivation of terrorist suspects to get them to talk too.
