Ok so I'm not actually on a sleep cycle as such at the moment but:
Last night I napped at 4PM, 9PM and 1AM and then a core at 5AM for two hours which are my normal times which I use when I am sleep cycling.
I only did this because I had a big assessment piece for school due today and I wouldn't have had time to finish it with a full night of sleep.

Anyway, normally after sleeping for only three-ish hours in a night I would feel absolutely exhausted the next day. However, today I feel fine. Fantastic even.

Could this mean I am getting better at moving between mono-phasic and bi-phasic sleep cycles through practice?


BTW: I've been using Placebo's sleep track MP3 during naps and it really seems to help move into REM sleep faster. Try it out.
