Hypnotherapy and relaxation techniques work really well for somnambulism. |

I sleep walk, but i am starting to get scared because recently i have awoken in the garden numerous times. I go down stairs and make a bacon sandwich without even knowing. But recently i saw a real life program about a sleep walker who was disturbed and he killed his family in his sleep. This has scared me because i don't want to end up killing my family without even knowing it. Is there anything i can do to reduce sleep walking. |

Like annsie said, sleep walkers are much more likely to hurt themselves than others. I was actually thinking about this yesterday because of something similar I saw as well as a couple cases where the sleepwalkers almost injured themselves badly because of where they walked. My sister sleepwalked a lot so I worried about her, but it went away over time (the walking around part, she still sits up in bed or talks in her sleep XP). |

i don't know if you take sleeping pills, but that can make you sleep walk. |
