      Everyman, is this okay?

I am doing everyman (for a week now) and between my core and my first nap there is about 8 hours gap, is this too much?
      My exact schedule is:
      4-7 core
      15-15,20 1st nap
      19-19-20 2nd nap
      23,40-24 3th nap

I am worried because a week passed and it is still too hard. Or the other thing is that I change nap times too much, when may be I shouldnt do that the first week - I've done my 19-19,20 nap at 18,40 and at 20,30 and so on.
I decided to post since I accidentally oveslept yesterday and I woudlnt be able to tell if I am adapting or not for few days.

With core schedules, it does take longer for things to start feeling better, so I wouldn't get too concerned yet
Try put more measures in place to prevent oversleeping, and hold thumbs, IMO

As for the time variations, I've often wondered exactly how much that matters... hard to say really.
