Ever since I've been aware about Lucid Dreaming and been wanting to improve my ability to become Lucid, I've been having problems having steady sleeping periods that are supposed to last for interrupted hours rather than having waking intervals in between which often happen to me at around 4am. It's been over week that I've been having this problem. What can I do to get my sleeping hours back on track guys? Thanks in advance for the help! |
