I got the same problem with sleeping, and im not stressed. I just started going to bed earlier, then at least i still get my 8 hours of sleep, even though i spend 12 hours in bed. Im looking for some sort of solution also. Although a simple joint makes the process of sleeping easier, I just dont have the money to waste on weed for every night, so I just smoke a joint right before bed when I absolutly must get some sleep for the next day. |

try eating alot of turkey, it has propertys that can make you sleepy depending on how your body handles food. |

Try reading up on melatonin supplements. I don't think that there has been much research on the effects of them, but they might be worth a go. |

You can't give in just like that. MY advice is to avoid those energy drinks and run for 30 minutes or so before bed. I started using the treadmill recently before bed and I am finding that I can sleep with no problems. Infact, once I overdid on my part(41minutes) and when I hit the pillow, in no time, I was feeling medium vibrations starting from my feet. Unfortunately, I concentrated on them and then they disappeared |
