      Smile Bad Habit..

      Hi! Im a newby here and so far i love dreamviews!

      My entire life i have had a really bad problem of grinding my teeth while sleeping.It may sound like something really small but its really annoying. Not to mention in makes my mouth sore..

      Any advice on how to make it stop?

      They use a different name, but it is the same premise. You wear it while asleep, and your teeth grind on that instead of eachother.
