36 hr headache and still goin

Over the past couple of days I've had a headache it's worse in the morning but its still there I think it's related to my dream recal and lucid attempts because it started when I first started tying. In the last two nights sleep I've regaled 4-5 dream each night had one FA and a near lucid ( realized I was dreaming but then forgot to do anything kool) has anyone else had this before? Do you think it is related? Any help I'm gratefull for thnx

I believe you may be taking this on all at once. Trying to have Lucid Dreams and reading up on it, and maybe your just over stressing your mind. The best thing to do is just to take it easy for a day or so, let the headache go away, and then gradually get back into trying to Lucid Dream..

When you stated you had a NEAR LUCID: You realized you were dreaming but forgot to do anything cool.. I don't see how that can be a near lucid?

A Lucid Dream no matter what, is the realization that you are dreaming... no matter if its only for a second..or even if you can't do anything.. just the realization that you are dreaming--is lucid dreaming

Congrats to you on that LD, hopefully your headache will go away soon. Just take it day by day, and i am sure you will be back to normal in no time

      take care

It sounds like a pulled or strained muscle. Try switching positions or using a pillow (or not using one if you do). You might just be sleeping "wrong".
