Question Can anyone suggest a light box?

I'm looking at light boxes to help with depression. I spend 40+ hours weekly in an office with no windows and want to keep my energy up.

This one looks pretty good but I don't know what to compare it to:

I'm willing to pay a couple hundred USD or so but of course if I can get the same effect for less it's preferable. If anyone here has any personal experience with light boxes I'd like to hear some feedback.

      Thanks.

This is the one I have, and I love it! I've used it through three winters now. I set it up next to the computer screen and use it for about a half hour to forty five minutes while I do my morning email. It also has an ionizer which cleans the air of allergens. It costs $129.99.

those things are good if you have seasonal affective disorder (not good in dealing with winter). But it says under your location that you are from Houston, so that's not a problem for you. I guess the light box could help a little, but people are always going to be uncomfortable in a small room with no windows.
