Hi everyone,

I used to be a somewhat active member of this forum. Over time, my life became busier and, sadly, I was forced to stop lucid dreaming. I've decided to conjure up more time in my life.

Over the course of a month, I'm going to try to adapt the Dymaxion sleep schedule -- sleeping only 4 times a day for 30mins, and awake for 22 hours. I'll be blogging my experience at bigjohnexpress.com/blog. I invite everybody to follow my progress, and keep me accountable in the (rare) event that I fail.
