In about one week, I'll be free of all classes and won't be taking any vacations or flights, so I want to try some new sleep cycles

I would like to be awake from about 4:30-10:00 and around 11:30-1:30 during summer (with no naps). Other wakefulness times can be whenever.

During school in a couple of months, I'll want to be awake from 7-3 and then from 4:30 to 10:30 (again no naps during these periods)

I'm thinking of doing a sleep cycle with 3 naps, maybe one core nap or not. I need help on:
a) how long should naps be? Do they have to be multiples of 45 min? Shorter than 1.5hr each wouldn't work, but a core sleep of 2:15 to 3 hours could.
b) should my 3 period of wakefulness be the same length? School with be 8 hours with no naps, so should the other two periods of awakeness be equal in length to each other? I'm thinking of doing a slightly longer core sleep, and then two long naps during school.
c) can polyphasic sleep work with a three nap system without having core sleep, especially if they're unevenly spaced out?
d) Should each nap be proportional to the amount of time awake after it?
e) Please suggest some sleep cycles for me to try? Ideally, I want to be awake from 7-3 am/pm and 4:30 to 10:30 with no naps and also have no core sleep periods.

School: (Two 1hr naps, one 2hr core sleep)

Nap from 10-11 pm

11 to 5 am is 6 hours awake

Nap from 5-7 am

7 to 3 is 8 hours awake

Nap from 3-4 pm

4 to 10 pm is 6 hours awake

Alternate school:

Nap from 10:15-11:45 pm

11:45 to 5:30 is 5.75 hours awake

Nap from 5:30-7 am

7 to 3 is 8 hours awake

Nap from 3-4:30 pm

4:30 to 10:15 is 5.75 hours awake

Summer:

6.5 hours awake and then 1.5 hours nap all day long.
