depends on the chip i suppose, amd64's usually don't get too hot, nor do non-netburst Intel procs. They can handle passive cooling (my P3 dump server is passively cooled). |

just buy a new processer fan. there really easy to replace. just remove the four screws holding the fan to the heatsink then unplug its power cable. take it to a computer shop or a place like bestbuy. then four screws back into the heat sink and connect the power. use a screw driver not a drill |
