      BrainWave Generator

Ok, just installed it and cancalled it half way through the Wizard, is there anything I need to worry about? Like what Brain Frequency to use or if I'm secretly getting tricked into blowing up the white house, or just basically anything? I don't want to be having to know what my brain frequency is! Sounds pretty hard... Can someone tell me about this thing? It sounds pretty harsh.

Also, do people have to be a certain age and am I old enough (16)?

I've downloaded this but haven't tried it properly yet. Had a bad hangover on Sunday with a headache, but couldn't get out of bed to try using the headache cure frequency :p I doubt it could be dangerous and maybe using it to it's potential could be very useful. The only problem I have with it is leaving it on for so long over night if i slept. It would be nice if you could put the long frequencies into mp3 format to put onto a cd or something.

I think I knew how it works now, the Sleep Induction stops at 3hz and then fades away (form what I'v read) so apparently we don't need to worry. I had the same worry, like it lowers to -5hz and kills you. I just think to myself, why would they make it so that they know there's a possibility of death.

And as for the MP3 converting, you can (from what I'v read) but you need a comfortable HeadSet. Also from what I'v read, there's a wireless one!

There is no such thing, as -5Hz.

Sound is vibrations in the air, and we can't go under no vibrations. That's like making something colder, than sub-zero.
But about BrainWave Generator, it's secure. It also works by the way, like the anti-headache thing, I found that very useful, same with the falling asleep one. I don't use the falling asleep one anymore, though, since it takes like 30 minutes.

You can also make your own tracks. So that, you start at 13, and go to 3(Hz) and then add some of your own music to it.

Should it be used at a specific volume level. I know during a sound the volume can decrease and increase, but when on 100%, should it be on a certain level.

Just keep it on a comfortable level, which you believe you can fall asleep to.

Most consumer headphones & speakers have a lower frequency limit of 50Hz
they won't output any sounds lower than that

Bass frequencies need a large cone
which is precisely what headphones do not have

I thought they made it so it didn't work though.

Edit - Is it alright if I leave this Flashing Window on Always On Top, when I'm typing this? I'v read the Help Topics and I think I know what it's saying, if you listen or see long enough your brain will adapt to the Frequency, like animals living from the desert and going to Alaska. It will adapt and then slowly rise so that you brain is basically following the frequency. I'v read that it also will increase the effect if you look at the Flashing Window, because looking at this window is like looking at the Frequency, so looking and hearing both together will help indeed! But my question is, do I have to focus on the Sound/Display in order for it to take effect?
