I was wondering if there's a program I can use to change the default sound level of an mp3 file. I've been downloading some live performances of a band from youtube and converted them to mp3. While I need to turn the volume up for some songs, I have to turn it down for others. It's a pain having to do this every time and I can't use shuffle without risking being blasted out of my chair.

So I want to change the change the default sound level of my music files so I don't have to do that anymore. How can I do this?
