      Movie Codecs

When you create a movie for any purpose what format do you put it in? People send me movie clips sometimes and the files types annoy me. Sometimes they send me a twenty minute 500MB file that looks like crap because they put it in a crappy format.

      I always use H.264.

PS: I know that it's a variant of MPEG 10, but I'm putting it separate because most programs do.

encoding in H.264 takes way too long, and has little benefit on non-HD stuff (dvd's for example)
