Is this a good HDTV for christmas?( also xbox 360 question)

OK, well after months of looking at HDTVs for Christmas i have found this one.

I'm hoping it will fit on my table, since i don't want it on the wall.( 26" was the max that i think will).

Basically i'd like to know if it's worth the money and if it's good HDTV for my xbox360( kinda the reason i want it, i heard halo 3 will be much shinier and cool with it:).

Also does my 360 need anything extra to plug into a HDTV? I assume that the other three scart wires ( green, blue and red) which aren't being used, are for HDTVS? I don't need anything else do i?

      Any help would be great!

Most HDTVs have a GBR component input, the 360 also has HDMI output, which is the standard for HD.

linked specs show TV has 2 HDMI ports

I have a samsung TV (with a computer attached via HDMI)
and I have geometry issues (you can sort them out, but it involves elaborate tweaking of your computer display settings)

Admittedly, it's a 2 year old samsung 32" CRT, not an LCD - plus I have a PC attached to mine, rather than a console, but other than that....

have a look around the AVS Forums
      http://www.avsforum.com
They have threads dedicated to different TV models

Direct link to the LCD sub-forum

(I couldn't actually see any threads about your model, but I may have missed it)
