graphics card help please?

I have Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family I'm trying to update as much of what I have that I can. Software Rasteriser Unsupported OpenGL Version No Multi-Texturing Insufficient Texture Units No Extended Multi-Texturing Is the texture problems something that is not down-loadable? Any other updates that I need would be nice to know as well =). I probably need a new graphics card but I don't think my laptop is capable of having that added into it (at least that is what I was told when I bought it.)
